Gteat product, great staff. I only had one piece that barely effected the weight bench i bought. I emailed through about it and the issue was fixed very easily.

Great feedback for delivery. I ordered an out of stock item which usually would be worrying as you don’t know where it is or how long it’s going to take to arrive, but I had lots of updates along the way. Product itself is great!

5th odd ordered with you. Love the items. Would of liked a notification on my last delivery as Driver rocked up with 104kg of items. A txt or eta night before would of let me be ready but super happy.

I placed an order that was in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. After placing the order I was advised of a 5-7 day dispatch delay. I only received the order today, some 17 days after initial order. I understand that there are complexities associated with the current times, but this does not excuse a lack of communication as times change.

Organisation skills need improving. Leaving it up to customers to querie if items have been sent, prompting you to apologise, say it was sent 3 days prior, then email the incorrect shipping information is frustrating. Especially when you message them saying the links don't work to track your order, and they reply with 'it takes 2 days for the tracking number to become active' when in the previous email, they told you it was sent 3 days ago. Then you querie again and it takes them 2 days to finally get back to you. I understand, it's a small team, and they are under pressure, believe me, i get it, however, when it's 3 things in a row when dealing with the customer service side of things, it damages the company, and leaves a customer not wanting to have future dealings with said company. I'm annoyed, sorry gymdirect, but i don't know if i'll be tapping you on the shoulder for future gym fitouts and purchasing of equipment :(

The site is great and processess easy and intuitive. still have not seen the goods though. The tracking on Direct Freight is "in Transit" and still not delivered. should i call them to organise a pick up at their Townsville depot as that is the last place the good show up on their tracker?

Delivery was bad and they didn’t even ring the unit. Boxes were broken and the product is scruffed

I am disappointed because I still don't have the cable attachments after ordering on the 25th September. Other deliveries of the cable machine itself and another attachment from other companies arrived in 4 business days. Chris from Gym Direct was good and tried to expedite delivery but 2 promised dates were not met after I stayed home all both days. I realise it's not Gym Directs fault but I purchased from Gym Direct . If the other companies had similar delivery times I would understand but they were surprisingly quick.

It is a good product just the clips that hold the weights are tight and hard to use.

The products were delayed by a day or two but the prompt communication was appreciated. Overall really happy with the service. I will most certainly order again.
