“A delivery sub-contractor made a bad experience with this purchase, but thanks to Gym Direct and Rachael from the marketing team they were able to resolve the issue. I now have my equipment delivered in time for Xmas.”

“The wall mounted dual pulley tower is pretty well built for the price, also very versatile in training. Only issue I have is thr pulleys and guide rods are creating a lot of drag and aren't as smooth as I thought.”

“The service was amazing, the instruction were NOT good. 4 sketches with lots of numbers for such a large machine is not good enough, with a little effort on the instructions the small detail explained the assemble could become very easy. I do fear that theplastic rollers which will constantly rub on the metal screws will wear out quickly, but as I have just received it I cant be sure”

“Delivered on time and is as described. Solid and feels secure and easy to assemble* Would have given 5 stars except the screw holes were not countersunk which I had to do otherwise the wood would split near the hole. The instructions also said the screws could only be used 3 times (in and out) during assembly before they could no longer be tightened and that was a user problem…. I would buy from them again.”

“first time buying from Gym Direct - easy and simple online ordering received communication via email on each step until delivered slight delay due to Christmas but no issues with that - totally understand and accept product is exactly as described and is good quality and great prices”

“The only problem I have is with the delivery company. I source gym equipment for clients and of late have been buying a lot of equipment from you. Upon delivery to the various addresses, I have had the same complaint all the time. ( The delivery person only puts it at the door.) A little bit of common sense, kindness, helpfulness and etiquette goes a long way and will probably get you more orders. If you are interested in real life examples then feel free to contact me.”

“Very happy with the products and packaging was secure, items did arrive in multiple parcels and on differents days but I didnt find it a problem for me. The delivery guy was very friendly and talkative and helped explain about the delivery delay”

“I find the combination of bar bell and dumb bell great . Good quality easy to change from bar bell to dumb bell . And I can add down track if and when nessercery.”

“Purchased 7 pairs of dumbells (3-9kg) for use in our clinical pilates room. Order placed on Wednesday 12th July, they were shipped the next day and arrived on the Friday! Very quick delivery and easy to navigate the website (sale prices were a very welcome plus too!). Will likely order again in future!”
