I pulled up the exact item on the website and it shows free 30 days returns excluding final sale items but NOWHERE does it state that this item was a "final sale" item on the website.

Usually this is not a problem as most online international retailer make this easy and some even offer free returns.

Advertise free returns but make the process very difficult so ended up paying myself to return the item. Poor service unhelpful and I will not use this company again
