“Excellent customer service from Caitlin -so professional and knowledgeable in the h Samual branch in foyleside derry ni. Needed a new necklace chain given great advice and recommended a chain which can alter the length. Didn’t even know was possible . That was a few months ago and I wear the chain everyday regardless of neckline it’s fantastic. Thank you Caitlin it’s easily the one of the best recommendations anybody has ever given me”

“My partner and I went into York H samuel on Saturday looking for an engagement ring, we were approached by a really friendly lady called Karen she was so helpful and really knowledgeable about diamonds, she put us at ease ( unlike another well known jewellers). We ended up choosing a beautiful ring , it was out of our budget but it was worth every penny, you are lucky to have a member of staff like Karen. We will definitely be back to shop in York shop.”

“Had my engagement ring refurbished after losing a stone, was a bit expensive at first thought, but well worth it, so pleased with results I was promised by staff in Bridgwater shop Janette and Paul were so helpful deffo would recommend”

“Purchased my mrs engagement ring here. I did know what I was after but with the help I got from the girl named MEL was nothing short of perfect. Very helpful and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Couldn't be happier with the service & the future wife loved the ring.”

“Linda at the Harrow branch was absolutely brilliant. We quickly found the right chain to replace the one that had broken, and Linda made sure that the pendant I brought in would shine and suit my new chain perfectly. Very friendly service from everyone!”

“Big thanks to Caroline the Store manager at East Kilbride, she provided amazing service for me . After shopping around I found that Caroline’s customer service and product knowledge outshined the rest by far . Caroline and Angela Welsh make an outstanding team and are both a credit to the company. I can see the other staff in the shop have been trained to the high standards that this jewellery duo provide . 10 out of 10 from me Keep up the great work”

“Giovanni at St Enoch Glasgow was wonderful helping us to choose wedding rings. He took time to ask us what we liked before making suggestions. He couldn't have done any better if he tried, shame his manager wasn't as polite, he was so rude and dismissive that we almost left the store. Giovanni turned our experience around and we left delighted with the rings we bought. Thank you Giovanni x”

“Bought a pair of gold earrings as a Christmas present for my daughter. I was served by Radhika who was very helpful and friendly and I was able to handle some of the earrings. Would definitely recommend a visit to the store in Basingstoke. Bought the earrings in the Black Friday Sale, so I was happy.”

“I had ordered a baby christening bangle to collect instore at the H Samuel branch at Silverburn Shopping Centre, Glasgow, which unfortunately was not available for collection at my desired time. I has attended the shop in person just to check if it had came in by chance and was extremely happy with the customer service I received from Marisa and Amy, who were so helpful in trying to locate the same bangle in another shop within the city, as there were none in stock at that branch. Not only did they try and locate said bangle, when I had mentioned that I had a Fossil watch (which they also stock) that I had received as a gift a few weeks prior that required having some links taken off, Marisa kindly offered to do this for me as a good will gesture. I was absolutely pleased and thankful for such a kind offer. Would definitely recommend paying the Silverburn Store a visit.”

“I had an occasion to visit your Southend on sea branch with a problem with my radio controlled watch where the manager Paula and supervisor Faiza went out of there way to make me feel comfortable about the problem and asked if if I felt comfortable leaving the watch with them to see if they sort the problem and they could not they would send back to the manufacturer as it they sorted it out on the day and told if I had the same problem in the future not to hesitate to return to the I would like to congratulate both on there pleasant attitude and professlisim thank you”
