“I bought a beautiful engagement ring , and wedding ring set , I couldn't be happier, I bought it from the store in Oldham, the young man that served me was brilliant he has a nice manner , very good customer service, lovely man couldn't fault any of it.”

“Iam extremely happy with HSamuel I took a gift back that my husband had bought me for Christmas and I was not happy with wasn’t something I would wear And because of the covid19 Lockdown had been unable to go to the shop to change it hopefully we went this morning now the the shop is open and we had a warm welcome and Sadie was so helpful in showing me. things I really liked no fuss about changing the items I had taken back it was such a relief as I would never have worn got just what I wanted I was soo happy abig thankyou to Sadie for her helpxx”

“Shopping with hubby for 25th wedding anniversary gift assistant so helpful and gave several options as i wanted new bridal set .he took time allowing time for choice and ensured i was 100% happy when in fact i was ecstatic and while my size had to be ordered it was available within 48hrs and so even better”

“Visited the Luton branch this morning. My friend wanted to purchase some ear jewelry and a pendant. The man who served her was very pleasant and had a good manner. But we were shocked by the way the managess spoke to him in front of us. She was so rude to him and its not right in front of customers as we felt uncomfortable for the young man. She is not a very pleasant woman and needs some training in manners.”

“Ordered a solar watch from H. Samuel online which was faulty and would not take a charge. I contacted my local branch in Fareham, Hampshire and explained the situation. Wayne without hesitation sourced one from Glasgow. He returned my call as promised and was polite, efficient and extremely helpful. Thank you for the excellent customer service Wayne. Also I felt completely safe in store as they had taken every effort to protect their customers and staff from Covid-19.”

“Husband and I visited the branch in Chester city centre last Saturday 23rd November and I purchased him a watch, the assistant Peter was so helpful and when we had to go back this morning (with no receipt) as there was a minor issue, Peter could not do enough even ringing around other stores and reprinting the receipt. Great service, would definitely recommend.”

“I am v. appreciative of the excellent service I was given by a member of the stratford branch staff [not stratford city but the other side]. “Husband is been looking for the casio g sock for nearly 2 years.and finally he decided to get it ( thanks god) .I went in the corby branch where they didn't have the watch in stock BUT they managed to order and get it next day PLUS they do price match ..watch was £600 and I found it for £361 and they done a price match ..we were over the moon..a very happy husband and a very nice cuatomer service.Dawn and the girls from the store are just amazing and very friendly! I will recommend to everyone and will come back again .thank you so much”

“Excellent service and reasonable prices at H Samuel at The Glades, Bromley. Always had good service at this store. On my last trip to this store just before christmas, an assistant named Hanah could not have been more helpful. I needed advice on a watch left to me by my father. As the watch is no longer made, she spent a great deal of time and effort trying to find a way to get it repaired and up and running. Nothing was too much trouble and she didnt make me feel like i was being a nuisance. Her knowledge and help much appreciated. Excellent 5 stars!”

“Went to buy xmas gift this morning, and even though the heating was not working, Carolyn was brilliant. Showing me various alternatives for my wife. Poor Carolyn and her young assistant were cold, but still delivered a great service. Will be back again. Thanks girls. Merry Xmas.”
