Horrendous customer service (shenaz) dx and H.Samuel have lost my package I have not received this upon waiting for a response after weeks they are refusing to refund me I supplied cctv footage of the supposedly time the delivery was delivered clearly no driver I have sent several picture of my door way they claim it doesn’t match well how would the image match as it’s not my door way complete carnage of a company

Avoid like the plauge. Lied about attempting to deliver after I was in all day, they then won't refund until the delivery company deliver back to them. TERRIBLE

Ordered a watch on 17th Dec. Website and confirmation promised delivery pre Xmas. Item delivered on 29th. No updates from H Samuel and when discussing on their live chat, the operator was rude, dismissive and ended the chat without any resolution. Woeful service

Ordered ladies watch on the 17th December said will be delivered on 23rd or before . Received email today 22rd NOT IN STOCK ? How hard can it be for H Samuels to check stock levels when someone places a order, now gone to AMAZON paying extra for a guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Will definitely NOT use H SamuelS again they clearly do not care about customers.

Ordered watch online, did not arrive, their online chat eventually told me it was out of stock. Give them their due when I rang customer services they did arrange a transfer from another shop to my local one but.... they never bothered to contact me to tell me they had it. So to recap twelve days on, I've just had to walk a mile and a half in the pouring rain to collect a watch that had free delivery and was more expensive, from a shop who didn't know why they had it!
Absolutely appalling, avoid at all costs
