Ordered a jewellery box online next day delivery week later still haven’t received it , so close to Xmas I decided to cancel it to my disappointment, won’t be ordering online again for sure

Dreadful customer service, staff condescending and unhelpful. Took £39.90 out of my bank incorrectly and refused to honour a 10% discount rubbish all round

My fiancés ring was damaged. H samuel is meant to be a trusted jeweller shop but they giving out damaged jewellery is horrible

Horrendous customer service (shenaz) dx and H.Samuel have lost my package I have not received this upon waiting for a response after weeks they are refusing to refund me I supplied cctv footage of the supposedly time the delivery was delivered clearly no driver I have sent several picture of my door way they claim it doesn’t match well how would the image match as it’s not my door way complete carnage of a company

I recently visited the Strand St store Douglas Isle of Man and felt I must leave a review - The service from Lisa and David was second to none! They are extremely helpful friendly and professional and I was very impressed Some stores have lost customer service but Lisa and David provide a warm welcome with expertise Well done Lisa and David H Samuel are lucky to have you

Took watch in for new spring pin in metal strap,branch sent watch back to Seiko, waited for estimate, never came as branch had lost my details. When I called in to branch told it would be £85.00, had watch returned not repaired, went into local family jewellers who fitted a pin there and then for £3... Worked for H.Samuel in the seventies and we did this type of repair in-store, where has the customer service gone? Have always felt a loyalty to the store as used to work for company but with that blatant attempt to over charge,I will think again next time.

TOOK MY WATCH IN TO LIVERPOOL 1 TO HAVE A NEW BATTERY PUT IN FRIDAY 13 AUGUST 2021. CAME HOME AND PUT AWAY WHEN I GOT IT OUT A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO FOUND THE WINDER CAME OUT.TOOK IT TO AN INDEPENDANT JEWELLER WHO SAID THE PERSON THAT HAD PUT THE BATTERY IN HAD FORCED ALL THE INSIDE AND BROKE IT. ADVISED ME TO PUT IT IN THE BIN. ITS A DRESS WATCH WHICH I NEVER WORE, I HAVE BEEN OFFERED TH E MONEY BACK FORTHE BATTERY. THE ASSISTANT TOOK A HOUR TO WRECK MY WATCH. NICE ONE H SAMUEL YOULL NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY OF MY MONEY.

Very very bad experience Poor customer services order A engagement ring was not even dispatched on time. Don’t waste your time On them at all !!!! Broken promises all the way Manager at store needs retraining and so do your online customer services stuff.

Not even worthy of a one star. We went to the Warrington branch 23rd July. 3 staff members just talking to each other. No acknowledgment whatsoever so after 5 mins of browsing we left

Jamie in the Middlesbrough store was very helpful in finding what we required ordered from another store then contacted us whilst we were on Holiday to say item arrived a 1st class service from a a 1st class store thank you once again Jamie for all your help above and beyond service

visited the Telford town centre store 4345 last Saturday looking for a wedding band. store manager couldn't of been more helpful, great advice from him, we did look at every other jewellers in the town centre, but returned just simply for the service we had received, in fact all the staff in this shop were friendly and couldn't do enough for us, managers name is Ian Griffiths. highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Paid £399 for a 18k white gold wedding ring on 03/11/2022 and £3.99 monthly for premier care plus. Went in today to get it re-rhodium plated only to realise they put the e-receipt date wrongly (11/03/2021 instead of 03/11/2022) so they said its no longer within 12 months cover and tried to charge me £39 to get it re-plated. Definitely don’t recommend getting anything from them and definitely not worth getting the premier care plus plan!

She screamed abuse at my mother and father who are pensioners who asked for a refund on a necklace that had broken, only bought it 2 months ago. Straight away the manager took it from her, put her pliers to it breaking it even more then accused my mother of intentionally breaking it. She then said 'just give them a refund if they're not paying for it to be fixed. Then as my mother paid by apple pay, the manager refused to refund and said 'I don't need to talk to you anymore.' As i left with my mother I heard the manager laugh and shout 'As if I've got time for that, I've got my own F**king life to live. Jog on' then she laughed. My mother went back the next day with proof from barclays of payment and the card it came from. When my mother went to the store the manager was an hour late then said 'oh I'm not dealing with you now' the other assistant said 'come back in abit' so my mother did. Then when she walked back in 20 minutes later the manager started screaming and shouting abuse telling her 'I've spoken to the owner and he said not to refund you'. My mother feeling scared asked her why was she shouting as my mother and father had not raised their voices at all, and the manager continued to be very aggressive and again shouting high pitch at my mother. When my mother asked for the managers name to make a complaint the manager shouted 'no im not giving you my name ' and walked off. So my very shaking mother and father asked the assistant 'can you be my witness to all the abuse and shouting the manager did', and the assistant called Val just said 'oh I'm not getting involved' and walked off. How can a manager claiming to have been a manager for 20 years speak to customers like that. Absolutely awful! My mother is so shaken up. Shame on H.Samuel for hiring such a nasty woman!

Bought a solid gold £130+ necklace worn twice and snapped (rope chain so should be strong!) very unhelpful and rude when I went back to the store the enquire what they would do… turns out nothing!!

Bought earrings for the wife’s birthday . Not advised about the No exchange policy on pierced items and the earrings not put in a sealed bag. Unfortunately we now have a pair of earrings that the wife doesn’t like but can’t return.

2 tone Wedding band gold part came away from silver part. They said its down to age. We have been married 10 years, so don't expect a wedding band to last from this cheap highstreet reatailer. Very bad and unhelpful service from them

I took in a ring for a small repair and waited several weeks for a quote. No response to my emails so rang the store who said it had just come in. The quote was for £702 (ring cost £300) I declined repair, took it to another reputable jewellers who fixed it for £15. Although I contacted H Samuel to question their extortionate quote they tried to justify it and curtly made it clear that a customer is under no obligation to use them. So, my advice is DO NOT.
