“Mark arrived on time with everything necessary to replace our fuse box. He was knowledgeable and efficient, tidied up afterwards and we were very satisified with the job.”

“Excellent communication skills on booking- and superb service from engineer on the day. Called ahead to confirm time (on schedule) and carried out efficient service. Happy to recommend based on this first, boiler service experience.”

“Came out in 1.5 hrs from call. Electrician was friendly and explained things. Checked all the sockets and RCD and, as we speak, has resolved the issue. So saving me further grief! thanks”

“Appalling service. Came to inspect our boiler on one day and then refused to come back the next day (without a separate call out fee) when the issue hadn't been resolved. Awful customer service. AVOID.”
