“Thank you. Your Engineer was excellent and able to deal with the case within a few minutes and we will certainly use your services again if we have any electrical work needing to be inspected and repaired. Our Estate Agents referred your firm to us and asked for a report on testing the fire alarms. please can you confirm that was satisfactory?”
