“As a long term customer I’m really disappointed in the lack of knowledge from your team and the appalling customer service from the owner of the business. They couldn’t tell me where the kids vitamins are gone. It took 3 days to find out they no longer exist. I then placed an order with an alternative and they sent me the wrong items. There was no apology, and no offer to make it right. They told me to go and return the items. This is not how to run a business. Won’t be shopping from this brand again. There’s competition out there and I’ll spend my money elsewhere.”

“I love Han Shifa but my latest order for 3 bottles of Black seed oil still has not been received despite reports to the post office and a telephone call to your business ( and a promise of immediate action). ….. very disappointing From. R elliott-teddy”
