"One of the worse service experiences i had. During service they used old brush to clean glass top of hob and put so many scratches on it. Even after identifying their mistake they refused to do anything and move silently. Even customer support doesn\u2019t do anything. Their products are bad and their customer service is worse."

"very bad company ...very bad product...no service after sale..No one tended to the issue , infact the customer care services didn't even hear out the problem . It has been 4 months since i purchased the commodity. My fridge has not been working since the past 2 months. I've called customer service numerous times but the issue remains unresolved . They've also taken in advance the extended warranty of 40k .A huge amount of my food supplies were wasted because of the company's inability to take responsibility . At the end , I had to resort to taking a legal action against the company. Would not recommend buying products of hefele.."
