“I have been ordering from this company for years now and it just keeps getting more and more frustrating. Every time I do express shipping, it never comes one time or shows up. This time I had two day free shipping and it’s still not here four days after expected date.”

“Not your fault but I had to pay $130 in duties on the hair so didn't really same much money at all unfortunately. I've never had to pay duty on something so light weight so just unfortunate, will review the hair when it is recieved.”

“The tape ins are very nice, however I was told that all the hair sold has a body wave or body to it. I was expecting and hoping for a wave pattern at the least. They are straight. Will work with what I was given but disappointed somewhat. The quality is excellent though.”
