“Unable to comment much as still waiting for my order from the 13th. Looks like it’s lost with Parcel Force but having to constantly chase is getting tiring. Usually i have no issues which is why I’m still appointing 3 stars but I shouldn’t be the one having to constantly email about this and no replacements yet sent with no tracking update from 8 days ago.”

“My experience is normally a good one. Apart from they are always a little slow in delivering orders, they always take over a week to come. However this time I ordered, the box the delivery came in was huge, with no bubble wrap or protection inside. Therefore resulting in alit of my colour boxes crushed and broken and one of my tint bowls smashed. The delivery driver literally threw the box nr the front door. My hubby said to him, ‘I hope there’s nothing in there that can break’ and they both laughed.”

“A small accessory that isn't commonplace, and Hairdressing Supplies of Lincoln, were one of only a couple of shops that had it, and had the best price. Delivery was very quick, with regular tracking notes throughout, and a clear invoice by email. Thank you!”

“Generally very happy with the service and delivery which is very reliable and one of the reasons I buy from you. Prices are always competitive and availability normally good. Occasional problems with the website and products not being on the website which you do have in stock if you call. Several times asked for the website to be updated for the same products.”
