“When my order went missing in post I contacted Hairdressing Supplies. I had a quick reply apologising (even though it was the fault of Royal Mail) and was assured they would send a new order out with another delivery company. I was kept upto date and my order arrived in a couple of days I was genuinely surprised at the professional yet friendly and caring service. A big thank you to Josh. 😊”

Hi Luiz I am sorry hat you've had an issue with delivery, but we have actually tried to get in touch with you about this at the end of last week as your address was inputted incorrectly when you ordered. “Have been using Hairdressing supplies for a while now. And recently feel like their customer service has improved so much! They are always so help everytime I call. The ordering system is so easy now. I hate going online and booking so recently, since communicating with Josh in particular I just write down what I need, send a picture via email and get sent a link for payment. Soooo much easier. Josh is always so friendly on the phone and has helped me a few times and with ease. No patronising tone of voice or anything which you can get from companies helplines! Thank you so much Josh. You’re definitely a big asset to the Hairdressing Supplies Lincoln team as you seem to know about all areas of the business which is a great help. Sophie”

“I had to deal with 5 suppliers befor I found these guys online , they made my life easier, they had almost everything I need in one place with competitive price and very fast delivery .
