“I have been using Hairdressing Supplies for a few years now and their products are always shipped out efficiently and affordable. I had purchased a recent product which developed a fault and Josh Shaw was very helpful in organising the item to be delivered back to the store to have it looked at for a possible fix or to send a replacement. A replacement was sent and arrived the following day. Very happy with the service and will continue to use this company for my hairdressing products. Many thanks!”

“I messed up and ordered the wrong colour. I rang out of hours so couldn’t speak to anyone. They saw my missed call and Josh rang me back the next morning. My order was already packed and ready for despatch but he went and fished it out and sorted out having the correct colour substituted, and called me back to confirm. Great customer service Josh, thank you 👏🏻👍”
