“Worst customer service in the World Worst customer service in the World, never answer the phones, phone always goes to Voice Mail. You leave message and no one gets back to you. Email them and they do not respond, they seem to have multiple email and domain accounts and if you email all of them you still won't get anyone. Heard they had people having to go their main office in Enfield for Refunds Tried to find out about my order and no would get back to me, in the End had to claim off Credit Card Company - Unless you buy from your local Asda Store would not recommend buying from them online.”

“Very Good Meat and Friendly Customer Service, with very good customer satisfaction and really cares in providing the best quality of service to customers. Everyone at Haji Baba is very polite and very friendly to help my orders. The delivery is very good and very convenient. Really a pleasure to order my halal meat from Haji Baba and it is always delivered in good time - Fantastic Service, thank you.”

“I have ordered twice now and am impressed with the service. First order was delayed and I did manage to get through to customer services after a few days of trying. Received the order the very next day. Placed second order and received delivery very promptly. Everything was packaged well. The quality of the meat is good although they have hiked their prices and now makes it expensive to purchase. Would certainly recommend if prices drop back to what they were before lockdown!”

“Avoid this fraudulent company. I placed an order amounting to £75 on 23rd March and it has still not been delivered. The company does not answer calls or respond to e-mails. They are a bunch of low-life thieves. Absolutely the scum of the earth.”

“I ordered 4 weeks ago, my delivery still hasn't arrived, they stole my money, I spent roughly £100 worth of meat to help vulnerable people. I sent them multiple emails showing proof of my purchase but they still haven't replied back to me at all, please avoid these people during this quarantine! You're better off going to the local butcher! Their website is down, their social media has gone quiet, their phone line goes straight to answering machine and their customer support email is unresponsive, PLEASE AVOID!”
