“There was few item out of stock and the lamb truip was not clear as to the pictutres and the quantity of the product was not according to the advertisements. They misslead us show the 420g curry powder and I brought 2 and after recived the delivery the pots were only 100g I was so happy when I placed my order and thought I will place it over and over but unfortunately it's just show! They have really upsetted me.”

“Excellent packaging and delivery service, food was fresh and arrived in perfect condition. It was packaged separately into 1kg containers as requested by myself in the notes and it was at no extra cost. I will definitely be shopping here again, thank you!”

“Customer Service was great! Will definitely be recommending this service to our friends. Have been buying from their counter at ASDA for quite some time now, but this was the first time we tried their delivery service. Got a very polite and prompt phone call from Mohamed Misfan within hours of placing the order. Mohamed confirmed details of the order and answered queries that I had. Shall be back for more soon. This is such a great service. JazakAllah!!!”

“Took few days to write the review bcz I wanted to taste and check everything that I ordered!! “Fantastic service! Bright & beautifully pictured website. User friendly as well. Placed my order on tuesday & received them the very next morning exactly at 9am. Brilliant chilled packaging. Meat are all fresh. However, maybe can improve on the quantity of meat required in increment of 500g instead of by a kilo. Overall5 stars!”

“Delivered on time, very good quality meat and packaging. Reasonable prices. However, online stock isn't necessarily up-to-date, but I got a call informing me of missing item, and got refunded for missing items. Overall, good experience.”

“Outstanding quality and service! This is the first order I have placed online for Halal meat and I have been truly blown away by Haji Baba. They have an excellent choice of meat and poultry, and I loved how every item could be butchered to your exact request in a simple drop down box. This really has saved me such a lot of work in the kitchen, thank you! Not long after placing the online order I received a confirmation email and a telephone call thanking me for the order and explaining how the products would be packaged and delivered. Mohamed really did make an excellent first impression of the company and is a credit to them. I received my box, exactly as described and on time. It was so well packaged, the frozen pods were still partially frozen and all the contents were chilled. Fantastic when you consider it had travelled overnight from London to North Wales! As for the quality of the produce, well I cannot praise Haji Baba enough. We have already tried the whole tandoori chicken (delicious), diced lamb (so fresh and just melted in the mouth), beef mince which once fried had no excess fat to drain off and the Kubba Mosul has given me a very happy husband indeed. I will, without question, be ordering all my meat and chicken from Haji Baba in future. I cannot praise them enough, they have made my life so much easier, you wouldn't believe how difficult it is to find fresh halal produce here and I am so glad I took the leap with online ordering and found not only the best quality meat I have tasted but the best customer service I have come across in a long time. “As it was my first order online, I was a bit dubious as to see what quality of the meat will be sent to me but I was impressed very much. The meat was fresh and packed exactly as Mohammed told me over the phone. InShaAllah I will get all my meat and poultry requirements online from now on. The driver was also very nice. Service with a smile is what a customer wants. Thank you”

“Personal service is great, receiving a personalized mail confirming the order and the dispatching dates was a very nice touch. Packaging and wrapping is excellent, everything arrived in a pristine condition. As for the products they were all very top quality, beautifully cut and individual wrapped with clear labeling. Great website design and easy to use (compared to 2 other on line suppliers I dealt with during the last 2 years) definitely will stick to HB for the foreseen future.”
