“I was very impressed with the service and delivery of my Turkey which was packaged very well and literally hand delivered to my door. I also spoke with the one of the butchers for Haji Baba and he gave me good advice on how to store the Turkey. Overall the quality of the meat is excellent as as well as the price. “The meat I ordered is first class, there was a problem with some of the order but this was quickly sorted out by Laura. I do not normally eat Halal food but have a student staying with me and I will be ordering again soon and when he has gone because of the good quality meat and products.”

“Although I understand it was not the fault of Haji Baba Ltd. but rather the courier company they used, but my overall experience was unsatisfactory. APS were very poor at delivering my item and also lost one in the process. Customer service team of Haji Baba Ltd. was helpful and hopefully I will receive the remainder of my item tomorrow.”

“Delivery information, update, packaging and speed was excellent. Red meat (half lamp); poor taste, needed 3 times as long to cook, there is no way it was fresh. Extremely disappointed, had high hopes. Asked for the baby chickens to be cut into 4 pieces, not have 25% of each chicken missing. Ordered these items to my elderly parents, so they don't have to carry the items. Instead I regret ever purchasing these items, every time my parents cook the meat, I get a phone call telling me how bad it is.”

“I've been buying my meat from Haji Baba ever since they opened a counter in my local branch of Asda. The freshness and quality of the produce makes them head and shoulders above others. Because of their sterling reputation, I had no reason to doubt their online service. To be honest the deciding factor for ordering online was the availability of halal duck, something I've been desperately looking for for a long time and I'm so pleased Haji Baba supply it. I would love to see duck thighs and breast available. It's also great to see a variety of cuts of beef and lamb. Delivery and communication is excellent. I'm so pleased and will be ordering again.”
