“I ordered from your website last week and my order was supposed to be delivered on 20th March. The money left my account almost immediately but I have still to receive my order. I understand that this is a very busy period but if you can take my money so quick I would expect an email or call just as quick if there was a delay in my meat delivery. I have tried to call around 15 times and also emailed you but have got no response. I hope someone picks up on this comment and I get a reply. Much appreciated!”

“Incomplete order, meat cut very badly with fat on, ordered premium mince got mince with lots of fat- items missing from the order and no explanation given. Not just that, unable to get through to them - no responses to emails sent.”

“Very poor website, you can’t buy anything without signing up with the website. They need a password which should be 12 characters long and should have all elements in it ( looks like they are giving excess to a nuclear weapon) and after doing all, it won’t except. A total waste of time.”

“The delivery was good The meat looks good But my concern is I order 1 k = 1000 g I receive all my order around 800 to 900g The burger it's so so hot my kids can't eat it . Even me I have to throw 4 kilogram الاردر وصل في معاده والتغليف تمام شكله حلو بس الوزن اقل من كيلو دفعت تمن كيلو وصلني حوالي ٩٠٠ جرام البرجر مش معقول الشطه كارثه مقدرتش اكلها والعيال ولادي راميت حوالي ٤ كيلو برجر وكفته في الزبالة في حد يحط شطه وفلفل علي البرجر والكفته يا ناس.”

“Placed an order recently. Was later contacted to be told that they did not have all the items I had ordered but that a replacement item would be offered. On receiving my order I noted that the replacement item was missing from the delivery even though I had paid for this. I had to contact them and inform them of this and request a refund on this. They told me they also did not have the replacement item available even though they took my money for it. They should have informed me if this is the case without me having to chase them up.”

“Good Quality , Fresh Products overall . However, a lot of cool gel packs used in packaging which I don't know how to recycle so a little effort by Haji Baba to enclose a leaflet with instructions to recycle it would be helpful.”

“It was my first time ordering it . I was not at all disappointed. I was kept informed every step of the way for delivery which was prompt. Meat was great and packed as it should be . Excellent in all the ways . I would recommend HBOL for sure and would place the order in future too .”

“For Eid al Adha Qurbani I expected the names of the person for whom it is being done for is asked so that it is recited at the time of the slaughter. No one asked me the names the people I ordered for. Therefore I can't use this service for Qurbani again. Everything else is good, meat was good, service was prompt.”
