“Today I had a 15 point checkup for my Fiat Panda EA64ZGM in Plymouth, the mechanics name was Martin, I was so impressed with the way that he took his time to clearly explain all of his findings, I had 2 brake lights replaced, again he was so considerate chatting through everything he was doing, apologising if i'd been kept waiting which I hadn't, it was just an all round positive experience and has put me right at ease for any future visit's where I hope I will get the same mechanic.”

“Had an appt yesterday morning at Halfords Gloucester. Even though they were very short staffed, they took my car in very promptly at 8am. Staff were very professional, helpful and extremely well mannered and honest. Even though they could not rectify the problem, I felt a very valued customer. Their advice was excellent and has helped me on the right path to solve the issue. Sharon H.”

“Booked MOT online at Luton Windmill Trading estate. Good price and plenty of convenient time slots. Plenty of reminders given, via text and email of appointment. Helpful advice online on getting vehicle ready for a pass. MOT carried out on time and greeted by friendly staff. On completion all my paper work was ready and car handed over. Very friendly Centre Manager (Mr Fozlu) who complimented me on the cleanliness of my car. All in all a very pleasant experience.”

“The Halfords Autocentre Eastbourne branch have recently MOT'd and serviced one of our cars. This was done very professionally and we are and always have been extremely happy with the service we've received. The advice we were given was excellent and there is never any pressure to have work done. The staff are always polite, friendly and kind and go that extra mile to make you feel like you're in good hands and nothing is too much trouble for them. They do their utmost to fit you in and as I experienced recently, when it is too short notice, Jamie went out of his way to help when it wasn't possible to get my MOT done imminently. They are an excellent team and I could not recommend them enough.”

“I took my car in for a full service. I was kept up to date when it would be ready, which i found very helpful. The Airdrie staff were so polite. The manager Victor went above and beyond with great customer service. I wanted to use some Halfords gift card as part payment and he sorted it out for me. A very polite man, a great representative for your company. Thankyou. It was at Airdrie709”

“They may not be the cheapest, but Halfords are one of the most professional garages that I've used. Fast MOT times (none of this "come back later" rubbish), online progress tracking, and decent knowledgeable staff.”

“I had repairs done as FSG in Calverton and they told me that both my window wipers needed replacing, the driver window wiper was fitted by Halfords only 10 months ago. So I asked FSG not to replace the wipers I would go to Halford as the driver side was under 12 month warranty. Anyway its turns out that only the passenger wiper was damaged. Halfords kindly accommodated me and sorted it out, even though they didn't need to. I rang FSG back and asked why I was told that both wipers needed replacing when they didn't, FSG said what had been written down!! feel let down by FSG who I trusted and pleasantly surprised by Halfords, who kindly sorted things out for me.”
