“No issues. Booked major service and MOT online, paid online. I was expected, appointment was on time. The service and MOT were carried out, communication was great throughout and I collected my car as arranged. There were some advisories with the MOT, but there was no upselling, no failing it to get the work, no pressure. Polite, job done.”

“Went to the olton branch for a MOT , just like to say a guy Billy served me , what a nice guy his customer service was amazing ! I feel like this type of service as gone now in alot of places ,so we'll done !”

“My husband and I took my Citroen C4 into Stafford Halfords - Autocentre to check out some rattling noise coming from the front of the car. They took time and effort to carry out various checks on the car, including checks to see if it passed its MOT. Although they were unable to diagnose the actual fault, they were very helpful and detailed in providing information as to what the possible fault may be. They were also able to rule out some concerns we had, which was given incorrectly by another garage. Overall and so far we are happy with the service we have received from this garage, they took quite a weight off our shoulder, when they gave us that reassurance we needed. Thank you for restoring our trust in some garages.”

“I was unable to keep my original appointment for an MOT test but forgot to let them know; but they rescheduled promptly without any quibbles or complaints. I have no criticisms of the service and the staff were informative and friendly. I have used several different Halfords Autocentres at different times and haven't had any bad experiences.”
