“I went today with my Toyota.. it had been making screaming noises last Thursday and Friday. I booked in for a diagnostic test today…Steven greeted me and listened to my description of the car’s issues… he took the car for it’s diagnostic test, then Aaron worked on it… As a woman with car issues I want to be listened to and not treated like an idiot… Steven certainly did both of the above and I am very grateful. The Salisbury Halfords Autocentre on the Southampton road are wonderful… great customer service…. Thank you 👏”

“Cracking group of lads Anthony, John & Frank at Denton would defo use again and will use again. These are my local lads I was passing through and needed a battery urgently. I used to use the same garage years ago all the time when I lived in Denton about 10 years ago. It has now changed hands and Halfords run /own it. Had some battery issues on my small commercial van (had it 7 months no issues) with me having to jump start it the day earlier. The guy who had it before me had fitted a normal car battery on it and this wasn't;t the correct type I was advised (which was correct). Took it to Denton (used to be national tyres) & the guys fixed me up decent. We fitted a larger - the correct type battery - first off but it wouldn't register but after messing about with it traced it down to a faulty earth main cable that needed stripping back. Cracking lads really helped me out to no end and got me going again. Thanks again lads really appreciate you staying late and messing about with my van on that dark cold Thursday last minute. 10.10 impeccable service and a credit to the service station. NB for other future customers / users in my non-biased review please bear in my mind that: - These are lads are mainly fitters first and do what they can with the available equipment, knowledge and availability at what they can do at their disposal. Halfords are generally not highly trained 'coverall' mechanics / engineers to the best of my knowledge. So in light of this if there are negative reviews on here - -I haven't seen any - its probably because someone wanted a full engine rebuild using matchsticks for 2p. It doesn't work like that with Halfords service centres. For what there job description expects of them in my experience they go above and beyond to help out. Thanks again kind regards Gaz :-)”

“My car had a slow puncture and, after visiting 3 other Colchester tyre centres who couldn't do it while I waited, I was directed to Halfords Autocentre in Brook Street. They found a screw in the tyre and repaired it while I waited. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. This will definitely be my first port of call in future.”

“Excellent experience at Halfords Autocentre,Lottbridge Drive, Eastbourne. They exchanged recently purchased battery for another which was a "better fit" for the engine compartment on my car. The manager,Richard is most efficient & professional and even offered to check the output of my alternator as a precaution and at no charge to me. I would highly recommend this AutoCentre to friends & family. " 5 Star" Service! Thank You.”

“Brilliant service today at Bletchley autocentre, Bilton road. Thanks to Keith and team, it was very much appreciated. Two new tyres fitted, a re alignment done for me that I wasn’t aware of and a fix on my exhaust that a previous garage didn’t do correct 🙄 I Will highly recommend you guys and I’ll definitely be using you again in the future 😊”

“I had a great experience with Halfords when they changed my Tyres. Things went wrong but they went over and beyond my expectations to fix those things and have left a very satisfied customer. Luke, anybody can make a mistake but few know how to pull it back and fix it. “I called last night at the Scarborough branch just as it had closed. The lovely guy who I now know is called Bradley, not only opened the door to see if he could help me, he helped me find out which battery I needed for my key fob and then when I left the main store with the new battery, got out of his car and came over to fit it for me. This level of service was exemplary and much appreciated! In the days where most people would have just gone home and not bothered, Brad stopped and helped willingly. What a great guy, a credit to you Halfords.”

“I have had my cars serviced, MOT etc for 3 years at Crawley Autocentre. I have been impressed with the quality of their work, their prices and the helpfulness of their staff. I would recommend them to anyone needing reliable service and repairs for their car. I would in particular commend the manager, Phil, and his assistant, Josh, who have always been very helpful.”

“Finchley Centre My wing mirror housing was smashed by a passing car so it was held together with a rubber band. I took the car there and Alf had a look, ordered the part and fitted it at a good price. Friendly and efficient. I will need to paint it as it is only primed, but I don't mind that.They gave me advice as to how to do it and where to buy the paint. So happy to have my repair done without too much waiting.”
