“Great service when it came to buying a baby seat. Member of staff spent plenty of time ensuring we had the right seat and assisted us in fitting it, allowing us to be confident enough to refit it again if needed. Replaced damaged seat after 10 months, without any fuss”

“Ordered a new bike, model I required was not in local store but the assistant phoned around and arranged one on order. This was available a few days later and was assembled and ready to ride away as I arrived at store.”

“Fantastic customer service by rachal at Oldham branch, she sold us a child seat after great demonstration on the in store set up,she then fitted the seat for uscheck car for suitability. When we decided to purchase rachal got product completed paperwork and then fitted the seat.what a real pleasure to be served so completely. Rachal was supported by her store manager who was selling cakes for charity on her day off. What a great team you have at this store.”

“Went there to repair poorly done work from another Halford Autocentre a few months ago. They identified the problem and I owe a huge amount of thanks to one of the young mechanics there who personally showed and explained to me the issue and managed to ensure that I could drive home.”
