I ordered a scooter £38 online I never received it because the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address which you can see on the map.

Ordered parts for home delivery, was told would arrive on or before the 29th, Not received, showing on website as in progress, emailed them no response, phoned them and was told get it by the 1st, Call them today to try and cancel, and have been told someone will call call me in 24-48hrs to cancel, I replied saying, no I want it cancelled today, and was told they can't do that. So avoid Halfords like the plaque.

Despite being delivered faulty and raising this with customer services I was advised to RIDE this death trap to the store at the risk to myself and the general public as the delivery service CANNOT uplift the bike!! How can a delivery service function without the ability to return/collect faulty items.

A set of car mats was ordered on the 18th April and delivery details indicated it would be here on the 25th April or sooner.

Halfords are nearly a week late with my online delivery and they reply or resolve the issue, want a refund and they won't get on top of that either, says still being picked for a week, terrible customer service.

So I contacted customer service, to be told the store was temporarily out of stock but there would be a delivery in the next few days.
