“I had my car serviced at another branch and they did not complete the service correctly. Stefan from the Customer Services team, booked me in to Mitcham the following day to complete the unfinished service. The guys in Mitcham were already fully booked but took on the extra workload without any fuss. They immediately identified what needed doing. They needed a part and ordered it straight away. When I arrived at 5:25 to collect the car, they were still working on it. The manager talked me through what needed doing. They stayed late to complete the job. I cannot recommend Simon and (Big) Ray highly enough. They are a credit to Halfords. Thanks guys.”
