“I couldn't say more about dealing with you everything from ordering to delivery was great I was kept in the loop at all times where my package was even down to the courier company and when I received my costume it was exactly as shown in the pic and really good quality I'm thrilled with it thank you so much”

“I ordered the morph ninja suit for my 8 year old. It was exactly as it was described on the website and of very good quality. Delivery was excellent too. My son absolutely loves it, just don't know how I'm going to stop him wearing it all day everyday until Halloween!”

“Very happy with the courier service you chose to deliver my goods. Getting a text from them letting me know time of delivery was very useful and they delivered at the time they promised. Happy with your size guide you recommended for the costume I picked. Overall happy with Halloween HQ and would use it again.”

“I ordered a clown outfit for my daughter and I have to say I was so impressed with how quickly it was delivered and when we got the outfit again I was hugely impressed with the excellent quality of the outfit. She cannot wait to dress up for the school Halloween disco on Friday Thank you”

“I was told in the shop that I could order online and that there was free delivery. When ordering my product it didn't give me the option of free delivery or even standard delivery. Only next day delivery which was 3.00 Euro. My product still hasn't arrived but that is now down to currier problems. The staff in the shop in liffy valley were amazing and so helpfull. The atmosphere was great and customer service was outstanding. But online shopping was not great”

“Item was 10euros dearer than other sites but i went with HQ because they had the size. When i received the item it was ok quality but smaller than expected. The size was 6-8 and i have a slim 6year old and its too small. There was no returns slip in package or details how i can return it so i have to go back on website. Its inconvenient as i dont know will i have it back in time for halloween.”

“Very fast delivery and has a good range of affordable costumes and accessories. If you lowered the price of things a tiny bit more you could take over the costume and fancy dress departments nationwide...just saying.!”

“Sat in all day from work waiting on my delivery which never arrived. When I rang dpd I was told they arrived at 1.30 but the gate was locked and they had no contact details to ring me. What idiots can't send on all contact information to the courier company there dealing with. Pissed off”
