“Delivered on time but there was a rip in the stitching along side of the costume when I opened the packaging. Needed it for the next day so I couldn't return it. Worn for a few hours the next day and the stitching in the crotch of the outfit completely tore apart. Quality of costume definitely did not match the price. Will think twice about buying outfit from here again”

“Found the service with Halloween HQ very good. We had to return a costume for another and they were really helpful in this process, straightforward instructions and no problem to exchange and sent out new costume well in time Really happy with the costume for my seven year old son (Darth Vadar Deluxe Boys costume). Would definitely use Halloween HQ again.”

“The item I wanted was only available online, and not in the store, which I visited with my 4 children and purchased over 100 euro worth of costumes!! I was happy with the prompt delivery of my purchase, but was disappointed with the fact that the click and collect service was not available this year. As a result I had to pay the delivery charge on the small item!!”

“Costume arrived and I ordered medium which was 5-7 but the bottoms were a small in the packet and the top was medium and as I didn't have time to send them back I had to make do. So won't get another wear out of them.”
