“Kendra McDougal was great to work with and I would not hesitate to work with her again, and will recommend her to others. Her communication was great, responded very quickly to my quote request and was diligent about following up and seeing our order through. Our group needed personalization on our items, and Kendra/Halo Branded Solutions was one of the few companies that were able to fulfill this request with considerably lower costs than the other branding companies we contacted for quotes. Due to an error on my part (not her part!), the received order was not exactly what I needed. Kendra was awesome in helping to find solutions and ideas to resolve my issue, down to offering a complete reorder with next day shipping. I will contact her again when we need branded products, and would not hesitate to recommend her to others I know who need such service.”
