Jan was super responsive and incredibly helpful in assisting us to find the product that fit our organization's needs, as well as with assisting in the selection/creation of an appropriate graphic that would fit our campaign. We will certainly return to Halo for future needs!

I want to say thank you to the team at Halo and to Anita Condit in particular. I had called multiple companies locally and out of state and none could meet our deadline or our budget, so I am extremely pleased to have come across such a skilled representative like Anita. She was able to meet our demanding deadline and strict budget while making sure we got the best deal for shipping. She certainly did her research, worked with me for several days, and found us the perfect materials for our event. THANKS, HALO and thanks, Anita! I will definitely recommend Halo and look forward to ordering from here again.

Molly Balmer was a super star! From the initial conversation she was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond helping me out with getting my sample product created and shipped. Once we received it (very quickly) we were very happy and went and ordered the quantity we were planning on. We look forward to working with Molly for our future needs.

A very rewarding experience dealing with a person so knowledgeable and easy to get along with. If problems arise, as they will, rest assured that Jan will work something out to correct the problem, and by giving you all available options. Jan will give you her opinion on which colors match with the colors in your logo and the color of the , in our case, hats. All in all, Jan is a consummate professional!

This is my first experience with Halo and I can only say: "Job well done Kasondra"!! Kasondra has been very helpful and patient guiding me step by step to make sure my order was done properly and exactly what I want it. I can't rate your website as I did not purchase any item in there. I cannot rate the material I ordered since I have not received yet. But I give Kasondra a 9.9 on a scale from 1 to 10 for her service. Thank you and I'm looking forward to future businesses involving Kasondra. Livio

Ross and Halo handled a small order with a rush and urgency like they were working with a large firm and a big order. Ross represented his company glowingly and professionally. The order, design, delivery and quality of the product was perfect start to finish. I look forward to working with Ross and Halo more in the future for all of my promotional needs.

It appears that my order processing was dropped for a week while the rep took a vacation. She called and is full of excuses about how busy she is - but I have no answer on whether my order will be ready on time and she is missing in action again. I do not understand why someone is not covering while my rep is out. The fees for the order have been held in my bank account for a long time. If this order is not to my home in the next 4 business days I cannot use it. I am completely in the dark. Awful experience thus far.

I found the service great. Ordering from the UK for an event in the US we had to search out American companies that could help us with what we were looking for, which Halo did. Jan was great in her communication throughout the process.
