I have a hug “dislike” for Halo Branded Solutions. As an employer they are horrible. I joined there team on commission only. The manager that hired me quit and the manager above her retired. I was a brand new employee with many questions. After 3 months of no managers finally a new manager comes on. You would think the new manager would hop on and introduce himself and bring the team up to date. Nope not him. I reached out to him, anxiously waiting for support. After he promised to hop on and help me, he got on and fired me. 100% commission sales job, with me being my book of business where they take 50% of my sales and the f#^}*#r fires me. After I made all the attempts to contact him because his dumb ass doesn’t know his head from his feet. I’m so glad I didn’t roll my book of business there, I was hesitant and with my book of businesses because I care about my clients. The problem is some agents open there own business on the side to run digitizing and artwork and charge Halo for it, whereas other AE’s used Halo’s art and digitizing but you get charged more then you would if you used your own people. I saw so many different ways that the sales people have navigated around with Halo which I was not aware of when I signed up and All I wanted was an understanding of how to go about working with them. And how to setup my business with them. Instead of helping me they fired me. I’m glad too, because now I’m with a Fortune 50 company marking 6 figures plus with a team that supports and helps one another and with daily and monthly training to make sure all employees are comfortable with all the systems. The training with this fortune 50 company is constant training that is always there. It’s night and day. Halo You Suck! I had to spend Christmas with no gifts for my family, we had to get a space heater in our living room and shut down or heater as I had no income coming in.

Placed an order called the months later to check on the status. NO ONE would return my Calls !!!! I called to cancel the order. Finally I got a call back saying I could not cancel the order. I told them not to ship but they did. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

Order was never sent for the date I needed it. Since I did not receive as needed, it was cancelled.

I would never recommend Halo to anyone. My sales rep Kathy Kishpaugh was incredibly unprofessional. To the point where I cancelled my order. To make matters worse, she sends me an email saying the factory is going to charge me a $40 cancellation fee. However....they didn't do 1 thing for me. The proof wasn't even approved. Worst experience every. 4imprint & Vistaprint are much better.

I sent my quote request on Halo's website 4/26/18. I didn't get final proofs until 6/13/18. The proofs looked awful and they were not up to our standards. It was difficult to get in contact with someone. We cancelled our orders and we will continue using our usual vendor.

Our embroidery proofs should have been of higher quality (and we are addressing that with our two factory partners that made your proofs), and we should have been faster to resolve the situation. The sales person that worked with you also apologizes for your poor experience, and has offered you a $100 credit on a future order, should you be willing to give her and HALO a second chance. It appears that my order processing was dropped for a week while the rep took a vacation. She called and is full of excuses about how busy she is - but I have no answer on whether my order will be ready on time and she is missing in action again. I do not understand why someone is not covering while my rep is out. The fees for the order have been held in my bank account for a long time. If this order is not to my home in the next 4 business days I cannot use it. I am completely in the dark. Awful experience thus far.

Our sales team is typically very responsive and speedy – there is no adequate excuse for the delay and poor communication we had with you during the initial phase of your experience.
