“I got great feedback from the recipients of the hampers I sent from Hampersgifts.co.uk, even people who didn't think they were "foodies" were raving about the quality and tastes of some of the crackers they received! I had left it a bit close to Christmas to order them TBH and they arrived well in time for Christmas and slightly earlier than promised when I ordered them. Well done and thanks very much!”

“Do not use this company. I have waited for over 10 days for a hamper for my daughter. I’ve tried to get a replacement twice and it still hasn’t arrived. They are incompetent.”

Unfortunately you didnt submit an order number and we also cannot find any order originating from your email address on our system We havent received an email from you either We are very sorry however you may have us mixed up with another hamper company, which sometimes happens. “Advised hamper would arrive to my colleague in the UK on Monday 19th- paid for express delivery. Date pushed back by handler DPD to 21st. Advised on the 22nd it would arrive by the 24th. It never did. Very disappointing. Tried to call today. No phone line. No response to email. Update: Alex contacted me and resolved the issue. It seems the poor communication lay in the hands of DPD. I have updated from 1 star to 4! Thank you!”

Dear Mikey I am so sorry to hear this didnt arrive in time for Christmas. The DPD tracking shows it was unfortunately damaged in transit (smashed wine bottle) As per our recent email conversation I sent a fresh hamper last week which has been successfully delivered :) Best wishes Alex

“I am in Ireland and I ordered a hamper of Clonakilty goods for my aunt who lives in Dagenham and she received her hamper & she loved everything in it & she said it was Top Notch she was delighted with it so I would like to Thank ye for doing such a good job & making me happy that my Aunt got her beautiful hamper highly recommend this company great service.”

“I ordered three hampers for my family in UK. Two were delivered by courier and went through pretty well on the planned timetable. The third went via ParcelForce and that was somewhat disastrous. My sister, to whom it was to be delivered, had had a minor accident and was not at home when delivery was attempted. According to ParcelForce a post card was delivered and the package taken back to the delivery depot; although I now understand that the package was left with a neighbour. I do not recommend using ParcelForce for deliveries.”

“The courier totally destroyed our order and left it abandoned outside a house 1/4 mile away. Hampergifts immediately flew into action and had a replacement here within a couple of days, totally in time for Christmas. They are a wonderful company, fantastic customer service and a pleasure to do business with. Their hampers are fabulous, we will always use this company in future for our gifts. Thank you guys x”

“While the gift was delivered and they eventually got it, I accidentally put the wrong street number on it. so it was delivered to a neighbor. Susan and Steve Hawkins went to get it and he said it was his. They did get it from him but I don't know how. What I want to know is whether there are any checks that it went to the right person not just the address. This could have ended badly, I am not sure if I would order through you again because of this. In my mind, the delivery driver should have asked if it was the right person??? regards. “My mum has dementia and is in a care home, and the staff were really delighted with the Christmas chocolate and nut tower I ordered for them. This is the second year I've ordered a Christmas gift from you because you have a great selection of products and excellent customer and delivery service. “I ordered 3 hampers for family in Hertfordshire, Dorset and Gloucestershire. The delivery date was to be 16th December and I received an email confirming this. The snow fell and another email warned that there would possibly be a delay in delivery. However, yet another email on the morning of 16th December gave me the time slots for the 3 hampers and I was amazed to hear that each delivery was made within the allocated one hour time slot. The hampers were very well received and exactly replicated the photo on Hampergifts website. Incredible efficiency and great customer service every step of the way. I highly recommend Hampergifts and give them 5 stars as I am thrilled with the service received. I will certainly use them again. Many thanks!”
