“Excellent service and choice of goods. I ordered from South Africa for delivery in Bristol UK and everything went seamlessly, will definitely use Hampergifts again. Considering the weather conditions a delay might have been expected, but no, delivered as promised and was able to track it all the way. We did dispatch in plenty of time so it is of course very frustrating when the carrier lets us down for whatever reason. “I actually phoned the office and spoke to a young gentleman who was extremely helpful as the tower of sweets that I required had sold out and I needed it for my sister who is very ill (It was for her birthday) The young man (sorry forgot his name) went and found what I wanted he agreed a time he would put it on their site so I would be able to go on at that time and buy the tower and yes I managed to get it. My Sister was really pleased because it looks great it makes you want to eat them. The customer service I received was second to none. Well Done.”
