“We are from New Zealand and found the ease of use of your site was great. The quality of the product was very good but unfortunately the product arrived a day late. Thanks for the service offered, especially during Covid 19 when posting presents to family members across the world is unreliable.”

“The actual hamper appears to have been well received by the recipient; particularly the excellent presentation. Where one star is lost is because DPD was not great. The delivery was done a day later because they claimed there was no one at home. Which was not correct. DPD does not call the recipient by mobile since the drivers are not provided with company mobiles. There is also the problem that all communication is done with the sender (i.e. me) rather than the intended recipient. This system should really be changed.”

“Ordered the Sparkling Surprise as a birthday gift for my daughter. The ordering process & communication with Hampergifts was very good. When it was delivered my daughter was delighted with it. Packaging & presentation were very good. However, I’ve only scored a 4 overall because the courier attempted to deliver the hamper on a Saturday instead of my requested Monday delivery. This ruined the birthday surprise.”

“Very efficient procedures. Only weakness is that it requires recipient’s mobile phone number so that delivery agent can check delivery time etc. However this clearly does not work if recipient does not have a mobile phone! Why not ask for landline number as an alternative ?”

“My friend was delighted with her Tea and Coffee Tower gift. Contents were excellent quality. Having seen the sizes of the boxes I was a little disappointed as the online picture presented them as somewhat larger, in my view. Despite this delivery was quick and on due date.”
