“The service we received from Hamper gifts was absolutely outstanding. Having had an initial confusion about delivery, Alex, the managing director did everything she possibly could to sort it out and went above and beyond any customer service I have received from anywhere. The communication was fantastic and everything was resolved. Amazing service and the hamper our daughter received was beautiful. We can’t recommend hamper gifts highly enough and will certainly use them again and recommend them to all our friends. I would like to extend a particular thanks once again to Alex who was just so professional and committed to getting things sorted. Thank you”
