“Ordered the Cheese and Pate Choice selection, order was delivered fast, but unfortnately too much substituion was done and the gift reciever doesn't like a lot of the substitued items. If Hampergifts discovers after an order has been made something is missing to complete an order, in my opinion, they should contact the customer to determine what steps should be taken to rectify the problem. They shouldn't substitute without taking to the customer first. The items recieved that do match the description on the website do look good and matched with a quick delivery are the reasons I've gone with 2 stars. Edit: Contacted Hampergifts and they corrected the issues, sent the missing items within 24 hours. As such I think that merits 4 stars. Thanks Hampergifts.”

“I ordered the Deluxe Golden Hamper -it is rightly named as it is soo beautiful. I had a bit of a problem with the delivery company but Hampergifts customer service went above and beyond to resolve the problem. In fact they went out of their way to solve it. This Company and it's Customer Service deserve 6* if that was possible. Hampergifts is definitely on my shopping list this Christmas.”

“I had made a mistake on the address and thought it was Hampergifts fault. when I realized it was me I explained and asked for a new one to be sent to the right address. They were not only lovely about it, they gave a decent discount on the second one!!! great service and delivered on time (to the right address this time:))”
