“While the gift was delivered and they eventually got it, I accidentally put the wrong street number on it. so it was delivered to a neighbor. Susan and Steve Hawkins went to get it and he said it was his. They did get it from him but I don't know how. What I want to know is whether there are any checks that it went to the right person not just the address. This could have ended badly, I am not sure if I would order through you again because of this. In my mind, the delivery driver should have asked if it was the right person??? regards. “My mum has dementia and is in a care home, and the staff were really delighted with the Christmas chocolate and nut tower I ordered for them. This is the second year I've ordered a Christmas gift from you because you have a great selection of products and excellent customer and delivery service. All this is important to me as I live in Spain. Thank you!”

“I ordered 3 hampers for family in Hertfordshire, Dorset and Gloucestershire. The delivery date was to be 16th December and I received an email confirming this. The snow fell and another email warned that there would possibly be a delay in delivery. However, yet another email on the morning of 16th December gave me the time slots for the 3 hampers and I was amazed to hear that each delivery was made within the allocated one hour time slot. The hampers were very well received and exactly replicated the photo on Hampergifts website. Incredible efficiency and great customer service every step of the way. I highly recommend Hampergifts and give them 5 stars as I am thrilled with the service received. I will certainly use them again. Many thanks!”

“Delivery was on time. I had a couple of queries about my order and I couldn't fault the after sales service. I was replied to within 24 hrs. This was a Christmas present to my son and his partner. I'm sure they'll be delighted when they open the hamper.”
