“I ordered an expensive bottle of wine for a client with a note to say happy birthday. the wine was delivered but my message was not included therefore my client had no idea who it was from. I had to phone him to see if he got it and tell him that it was from me. Not very professional from Hampergifts which therefore did not make me look very professional also!”

Thank you for your feedback, it is very much appreciated. We include all gift cards inside a clear document pouch on the outside of the box - on the same side as the address label. Are you able to check again please, as sometimes this can be overlooked? (This does happen very occasionally, in the excitement of receiving a parcel!) “Have brought from this company before, and always sent to recipients, so reviews were always second hand, this time the hamper came to us, and I can understand why our friends and family have sent us such high praise. This hamper is for our first grandchild and it is beautiful, so well presented with a usable wicker basket for the nursery. Cannot rate them highly enough, everyone is asking for the website, and I happily pass it on. Just lovely and fast service.”

“The hamper arrived promptly and looked exactly like the photo on the website - it was packaged beautifully. I did not try any of the snacks as it was a gift but the recipient described them as delicious. None of the brands were high street so everything felt like a proper treat! A lovely product.”

“The packaging looked beautiful but the Cookies hamper arrived quite stale? These are probably good for an older recipient because the flavours seemed unadventurous and tasted quite bland. Happy to pay the price for the packaging and have it arrive on time but not so much the actual contents of it which is a shame.”

“I've used Hampergifts before and was extremely happy and think I would have been this time had it not been for the fact that the cheese was melted in the basket due to extreme heat and despite being packed with an ice pack. Living in another country at the time of order it would have been really helpful if I were told at time of ordering that an intense heatwave was being endured in the country and it would be best to have push the delivery date back a little bit. I would have been more than happy to do that. Otherwise it would have been another perfect delivery. I will use this company again. The heat wasn't their fault but I wish they could have said something about the heat.”
