“Lovely range of gifts with choice of delivery dates. Bought a trinket box for my friends birthday and had to get it delivered as I couldn't get to see her. Was able to select delivery date, sent email to confirm dispatch. She was pleased with her gift.”

“I didn't get to see the hamper but the process of ordering was straightforward, the gift was delivered when they said they'd deliver and apparently it was lovely. This has been my second purchase and I think I will be using them again.”

“I ordered a fantastic hamper for my husbands birthday and had it delivered to the hotel where we stayed the night. The hamper was better than described and the communication from hampergifts was excellent. I couldn't recommend enough! Fantastic company! Thank you!”

“My biggest problem with a review, is that I have no idea that the item was delivered, or in fact when it was delivered. The problem would seem to be more with Parcelforce, as the tracking number given did not open up the promised information or in fact work. I do not even know if the item has even been picked up, or of course as I mentioned, delivered on time. i.e. the Friday as promised. I would still like this information to determine the efficiency of your Company.”

“I reside overseas but have family in the UK. I use Hampers Gifts for all occassions and have always enjoyed exceptional service. Each recipient of a gift always mentions the quality of the products and I have yet to experience a non-delivery. “This is bought as a gift for friends I had stayed with. I was there when it arrived so was very pleased to see how it arrived and was it as good as expected. Well I can confirm it certainly was, the items within the hamper were great and my friends were excited to try them.. I was extremely happy”

“The retro sweet hamper was received extremely well by the family it was sent to. Lovely sweets for the children, and a 'blast from the past' for their parents! It is an unusual hamper, which caters for adults and children. Really like the selection of hampers on your website, and will definitely use you again.”

“I ordered the breakfast hamper for my daughters birthday. She and her fiancé both work and her birthday fell on a Thursday. The hamper was left at the Post Office. This is not good enough. The hamper could have been left with a neighbour for her to receive on her birthday and the muffins would have still been fresh. She was only able to collect her hamper on the Saturday! You need to jack yourselves up and start delivering on the weekend! Your service is not good enough and not on a par with other businesses in your profession. I won't be using your company again.”

Dear Louise, Thank you very much for your feedback and we are sorry to hear of your disappointment. When a recipient is not home at the time of delivery, ParcelForce procedure is to leave the parcel either with a neighbour or at the nearest local post office for collection. This is down to the driver on their particular route as it may not always be possible to deliver to a neighbour - they may also be out at the time of delivery. Our customers often find it useful to be able to collect from a local Post Office, rather then travelling to what may be a distance collection depot. However we are very sorry if this meant your daughter didnt receive her parcel the same day. Thank you for your suggestion regarding weekend deliveries - this is certainly something we are looking at and we hope to offer this service soon! Please also note the muffins in this hamper are sweet, American style muffins - individually wrapped and with a with a shelf life of at least 1 month. As a non-perishable hamper there is no need to worry about freshness and it would still have been in perfect condition on Sataruday. We thank you for your feedback and do hope to see you again soon!
