“My parcels were not delivered and I blamed Hampergifts. I apologise for that and within an hour of getting the an email from Alex at Hampgifts I had contacted the local postmaster, who confirmed they had the parcels there. Both have now been delivered and recipients are delighted. Many thanks for your help.”

Dear Maggie, Thank you for your feedback. We have checked this for you now. The parcels had an attempted delivery last week however both recipients were not home at the time. The parcels were therefore taken to the local post office to await collection at a convenient time. Someone from our customer care department will contact you shortly via email , to provide full tracking details and see if you require any further assistance. “The order comes very quickly which is always good. However you have to pay postage on each item you buy, and they come separate. They should find a way of putting each items together. But on the whole very good service. Easy to order.”

“Ordering online was quick and easy. Apparently there had been a glitch in process (which didn't affect me at all) and so had a quick courtesy call which I thought was very professional and comforting that there was a "human" element in the process. Am advised (by the student recipients) that the items in the hamper were delicious and well received! I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you”
