“The purchase was delivered on the date promised by the company. Wish I had the opportunity to pick my own desired delivery date as it was a gift and I really needed it arrive on a different date but had no opportunity to choose my date.”

“I can't really comment on the hamper as it was went to an ex colleague who's retired from the company. The order process was easy enough, it arrived on time and I was kept updated with delivery.”

“I was given the cookies and chocolate boxes as a gift. The presentation is beautiful and cookies good. I thought the quality of the chocolate could have been a lot better. It seemed a pity to spoil what could be a fantastic product.”

“Little problem with delivery but after note to customer support Alex immediately dealt with the matter and resolved with courier. Think delivery charges bit high And also courier company asking for additional fee to deliver VIP wrong after Paying for service to be on time!,”

“The only minor issue I had was I received conflicting information (I thought!) re my delivery. I did not realise that my order for two hampers was split into two separate deliveries, so the information was not conflicting just a bit confusing. It was easily resolved, and the hampers are lovely.”

“A huge selection of hampers, some including alcohol but not all. Variety of savoury, sweet or mixed, and catering to a range of budgets. I have one gripe - when a particular hamper is sold out, there is no way of seeing the contents until it is delivered. My sister's dog got into one of the hampers I ordered and I could not remember if there was chocolate inside, there was no contents description on the invoice and it wasn't on the site anymore!”

“Advised hamper would arrive to my colleague in the UK on Monday 19th- paid for express delivery. Date pushed back by handler DPD to 21st. Advised on the 22nd it would arrive by the 24th. It never did. Very disappointing. Tried to call today. No phone line. No response to email. Update: Alex contacted me and resolved the issue. It seems the poor communication lay in the hands of DPD. I have updated from 1 star to 4! Thank you!”

Dear Mikey I am so sorry to hear this didnt arrive in time for Christmas. The DPD tracking shows it was unfortunately damaged in transit (smashed wine bottle) As per our recent email conversation I sent a fresh hamper last week which has been successfully delivered :) Best wishes Alex

“I ordered three hampers for my family in UK. Two were delivered by courier and went through pretty well on the planned timetable. The third went via ParcelForce and that was somewhat disastrous. My sister, to whom it was to be delivered, had had a minor accident and was not at home when delivery was attempted. According to ParcelForce a post card was delivered and the package taken back to the delivery depot; although I now understand that the package was left with a neighbour. I do not recommend using ParcelForce for deliveries.”
