“Lovely. Earthy and refreshing. I love to put it on my desk so I see it regularly as I pass by. I see it and it reminds me to pause and slow down. I pause, close my eyes and find stillness and centredness in standing and find a sense of balance on my feet. I then have a deep breath and do 2-3 sprays of meditate above my head and feel it ground and refresh me as I take another deep breath. It’s also good to use just before meditation once you’ve settled into your seat/ position and you are ready to settle even more and begin focussing on your breath or mantra.
