“great handlers, took great care in wrapping things, but left all cartons and large furniture in garage without the placement of large pieces in the appropriate places. We had to notify company of this to get men to finish job.”
“Overall the move was good however I did find a few items were damaged. I also found that one of my living room lamps is somehow missing. All I have is the lampshade. I initially gave my movers a five star rating but after identifying the damage and missing items I can only give a star rating of three stars. Additionally my move manager reached out to make up for the damaged and missing item. I really appreciated his followup on my move to make sure I was completely satisfied with my move. I would have no problem recommending this company for their next move. Thank you and your move team.”
“As a first time mover I didn't know where to start. I called a few companies and searched for good reviews on the internet. I came across Handled and thought I'd give it a try. Got the quote in about 5 mins and it was the best price! Got the moved booked that same day. On move day all I had to do was sit back and watch as the expert movers came to my house, carefully loaded everything up and delivered everything to my new home all in the same day!”

“The "photographic inventory" was a pain that I was unable to complete. The app needs some work. The premise is interesting, but this was the worst move yet. The movers damaged my furniture, made it clear that the things that didn't fit on the truck were my problem, and, oh yeah, actually took time to steal the change from a bank I'd stashed in a bureau. Overall, I wish I'd shopped around a bit.”

“I set a price for the move of all of my household contents with Josh. When he discovered the move was underbid, he pulled the moving crew out on the second day with about one third of my boxes and furniture remaining. He provided no assistance or options to complete the move. They walked out and abandoned a contractual obligation. I think that I handled the situation well. “The movers came and didn’t want to move our gym equipment and refused to move it without more movers so they sat in their truck for over an hour complaining (we could hear them from inside). They started moving our items once a few more people came but continued to complain throughout the whole time and it was very uncomfortable. The move overall was supposed to take less than 4 hours and took over 8 hours to complete.”
