“I was given clear instructions from ordering to receiving the beautiful heart shaped necklace with my lovely Dads fingerprint on it.
There was a predicted delivery date by which I would receive the necklace when I placed the order. It is a gift for my Mum following my Dads death as a keepsake of the man she was married to for 66 years so was extremely important to me that I knew when it would arrive. It arrived on time and I was very happy with the necklace, it is beautiful.”

“The item is lovely looking and fast delivery but I am so so disappointed that I can only fit maybe 1/4 teaspoon if that of ashes in to the urn. Just so disappointed and just seems hardly worth the effort and upset and expense doing it. Honestly I really would consider an alternative option for your loved one. I expected the whole rose to be full of my nanas ashes and it literally was two of the spoons provided which was no bigger than my little finger nail. So disappointed!”
