“The service was good, however the ring arrived in a very plain box. We had ordered previously 2 months earlier and the quality of the boxes for the 3 rings was excellent. Bit disappointed with the latest box. Also the ring had scratches on it which needed to be buffed out. Some of which we were unable to remove.”

Due to current stock issues, we’ve had to temporarily change the ring boxes we’re using, but we hope to resolve this very soon. We completely understand how important presentation is and regret that the box didn’t meet your expectations this time.
We’re also sorry to hear about the condition of the ring. We couldn’t find any previous correspondence from you regarding the scratches, but please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’d like to discuss this further. We’d really like to help make things right.
