“Can’t fault the service, all arrived faster than expected which is always a nice touch. Professional job and so well packed and presented. Only issue was the necklaces did break off a day in, I think a link wasn’t closed properly, so I just bought a necklace extender off Amazon, I didn’t make a point of complaining because everything else was so superb that a necklace extender for a tenner wasn’t a big deal. “I contacted the company as my necklaces that were 12 and 9 yrs old had become damaged after a recent holiday...swimming in sulfur had damaged them. They were black and tarnished. I sent a pic and they were so helpful and arranged a fee for them to be cleaned by the team. I sent them off and 2 weeks and they returned them. Perfectly cleaned and the footprints and names are now visible again and no tarnish in sight. My only little disappointment is the back of the pendants weren't restored. Nit a major issue as the front is the important bit but there is still tarnish on the back and the little phrase I had on both has nearly disappeared which obviously this is due to how old they are.”
