“Communication was good and I was kept updated throughout. The ring took longer than expected as it reportedly failed quality inspections several times, which initially gave me confidence in the process.
Unfortunately, when it arrived, I was disappointed with the quality. For a £250 memorial ring containing my grandad's ashes, it looked cheap and the epoxy finish wasn't what I expected. Family, friends and colleagues who saw it shared the same opinion. I've never worn it since the day it arrived and plan to put it on a silver chain so it doesn't go to waste.
I appreciate the customer service, but the finished product did not meet my expectations, especially given its sentimental value.”
