“I purchased a self fill ring for my sisters ashes. I had difficulty filling it and scratched the ring. I got in touch they asked me to send it back. They sent a kit for the ashes. Gave me a new ring as the screw had got stuck and filled it for me.
They were amazing sent it back to me with the remaining ashes. I can not recommend them enough . I was so upset they knew and sorted it for me. Thank you so much”
