“I had to get the resin fixed on a ring I’d had for a while which I wear all the time (so the break is my fault) when I reached out about getting it fixed the team I spoke to were lovely and helpful. It was easy to post my ring and I got it back a few weeks later. The ring looks like new again and I’m really grateful for such a good service for such a special ring”
