“Communication was perfect, queries answered quickly and each time compassion shown. During an incredibly difficult time I wanted a ring to contain ashes of both my twins. I was offered two seperate collection sets and assured the ring would contain both. So much trust is needed to hand over ashes of your loved ones but I felt at ease and would definitely recommend Hand on heart jewellery.”
