Honestly this team is truly incredible. They were so patient and accommodating when I had a few queries and requests, taking so much time to make sure that everything question I had was answered.
The whole process has been thought through so carefully. The ashes collection kit was beautiful, everything was tracked so I never had to worry, the upload of photos was painless and the team are just so lovely.
As for the jewellery, they are truly stunning. You pay a little extra than others, but the quality is beyond what I paid for. The packaging that they arrived in is beautiful, with cards on how to care for your pieces, as well as any finger prints or handwriting used printed and a piece of card.
Me and my loved ones are over the moon with our pieces, everything is so sturdy that it's very fair to say that my dad ashes were and will forever be in safe hands.

From the beginning Hand on heart jewellery were amazing, I think within 2 days I had the set to send back his ashes and then around 2 1/2 - 3 weeks later I received the necklace.
