“Jewellery i had made was amazing. i can't fault the quality of work.
But sadly, when I ordered the self fill necklaces, I didn't receive the tools to fill with my mums ashes. After contacting them and asking for this to be sent out, I still haven't received this. 3 weeks later, I had to do this myself with a needle..”

As confirmed in our previous emails with yourself, the self-fill kit was dispatched to the address you requested on the 4th of October. Unfortunately, it seems the kit has gone missing in the post, and we are very sorry that you had to manage without it.

“Communication was amazing throughout the order, felt at ease that my dogs ashes were in good hands! Remaining ashes were sent back in their original tin and the finishing product was more than I could have ever imaged. Everything came beautifully packaged, even the pot to put the ashes in which meant a lot. I was kept informed every step of the way and it was dispatched on the day initially said.
The bracelet is really good quality, looks better in real life and smells amazing (leather one) and my wife loves it.
