Everything came beautifully packaged, even the pot to put the ashes in which meant a lot. I was kept informed every step of the way and it was dispatched on the day initially said.
The bracelet is really good quality, looks better in real life and smells amazing (leather one) and my wife loves it.

“I purchased 3 pendants with my Dads finger print for my mum sister and myself, in 2017. Unfortunately my sister has lost hers and was very upset. I have also lost my dad’s prints. I was devastated. I contacted Hands on Heart and they had my Dads prints on file, phew.
