“i was very impressed with the whole transaction , from ordering the return envelope and pot for the ashes turned up within 2 days and was back promptly i was concerned i wouldn’t get it in time for christmas but it arrived in plenty of time my mum is going to absolutely love it such beautiful quality would recommend to everyone”
