“The communication from this company is great they kept sending me updates which was very reassuring as the process is long which is completely understandable considering the work they do and how the jewellery is made. It really is worth the wait and I couldn’t recommend them more. They provided clear instructions with the pot to send off the ashes to them and again how to look after the jewellery once received.
