“We ordered a necklace for my mum and chose the self-fill option so we could place my nan’s ashes inside, as this is my mum’s first Mother’s Day without her. Unfortunately, the pendant arrived without the engraving, despite us specifically requesting the word “Mum” and paying an additional £25 for this service.
This was meant to be a very sentimental and meaningful gift during a difficult time, so it was extremely disappointing to receive it without the engraving. Sadly, this has taken away from what should have been a special and emotional present. We are very unhappy with the outcome.”
