“The care from team with updates and step by step guidance has been amazing. This website was chosen by my sister while she was still with us and I am so grateful she found this site, she gave me the task of ordering the jewellery for those who wished to have it within the family, in total I ordered for 7 of us, each item is beautifully made, being able to add photos of her with each of her sons in their boxes to hold their pendants safely was a beautiful touch, I cannot praise them enough. “I can't fault this company at all. I ordered a piece of jewellery and then decided to order another with it, it was no problem for them. I then changed my mind on a couple of things and again was no trouble. Both pieces were delivered before the date I was given in beautiful boxes exactly as I ordered. Unfortunately the chain on the necklace was too long for me, (my fault entirely, I measured wrong) so i have ordered a shorter one with no problems. Every email I sent was answered as soon as they could and was sorted practically straight away. Great communication with them whenever I had a question or problem. I would recommend these to anyone who wants a lovely piece of jewellery with their loved ones ashes.”
