I was heartbroken when my eldest daughter’s handprint bracelet broke after 5 years :(
I emailed HoH Jewellery and immediately got a response. Their further replies were super quick too! The team are so helpful and very knowledgable. I sent my bracelet off and a replacement was sent back to me soon after.
