“Really smoothly. I reached out as I culdnt place an order aand was advised accordingly. I mised out on he discount code at the check out so I comtacted the customer service team to point that out and they kindly rfunded me the requivalent to the discount code which I had! The only difficulty I had was getting the ashes in.
