“I purchased the pendant for my son who just lost his dad and whilst he was out the pendant had come away from the chain leaving my son devastated as you can imagine it is not something that is replaceable.”

“First class professional service.and you can see that the quality of craftsmanship is first rate.
My only concern or complaint is that the inscription on the inner of the ring being white letters ,it is very difficult to see.Your website/ brochure clearly shows an engraving in black.
This is quite misleading.”
