“Wasn’t easy at all to open. I was almost in tears now being on my own and was so sad that I was almost resigned to not being able to use it for what I wanted. That being my husbands ashes. I figured that would also mean it wouldn’t open easy once filled. It is beautiful x I am glad I never gave up. I would recommend anyone with any disability or poor motor skills pay for filling service which is such a shame we should have too. Send them open in future to help us out. Just a thought!”
