This was meant to be a very sentimental and meaningful gift during a difficult time, so it was extremely disappointing to receive it without the engraving. Sadly, this has taken away from what should have been a special and emotional present. We are very unhappy with the outcome.”

“Very clear and simple process/instructions on how to send the ashes and hair back. The original confirmation email got lost somehow but they were quick to reply to my query, confirm everything had been received properly and resend the email with the completion date estimate on. When the necklace arrived it had been carefully and safely packaged in plain packaging to hide it from unexpecting eyes and the actually packaging of the box itself with the photo on the inside was so tasteful, respectful and beautiful. Very happy with the entire process and contact with the team.”
