“The item I bought is lovely bigger than I thought it would be but not over big , havenāt filled it as yet but looks easy enough. Only thing Iām not liking is the chain but it didnāt stop me buying as Iāve another I can put it on when I want to wear it but thatās personal choice. “The ring that was made is truly beautiful and clearly excellent quality. I am very happy with the piece that was created. From beginning to end, the service provided was excellent and felt very caring, sympathetic and respectful. There was a small issue with the first ring made but I received an email right away and they prioritised remaking a new piece. I was sent both rings which was excellent customer service. “This is the 3rd time Iāve placed an order with Hand on Heart Jewellery, the 1st time being around 10 years ago. Iāve previously ordered a dog paw print necklace, a memorial handprint necklace and keyring and this time I ordered 2 keyrings and a menās double hand print leather bracelet. Ten years ago there wasnāt many companies providing this type of service, today there are many, but I will always return to Hand on Heart because the quality and care taken with all my pieces keep me coming back. I am always kept well informed about the production process and delivery time frame and have always received my pieces on time and when expected. Iāve never had to contact them as everything is explained well and Iāve not needed to. The pieces are expensive, but you get what you pay for and my pieces from 10 and 7 years ago are still going strong, so if you want something that is good quality, sentimental and made to last, these are the ladies you need!
Iām excited to gift my most recent purchases as Christmas presents for my childrenās father and their grandparents!”
