“Jewellery i had made was amazing. i can't fault the quality of work.
But sadly, when I ordered the self fill necklaces, I didn't receive the tools to fill with my mums ashes. After contacting them and asking for this to be sent out, I still haven't received this. 3 weeks later, I had to do this myself with a needle..”
Thank you for your kind words about the jewellery, and we’re truly sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve experienced with the self-fill kit. We completely understand how important this is, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
As confirmed in our previous emails with yourself, the self-fill kit was dispatched to the address you requested on the 4th of October. Unfortunately, it seems the kit has gone missing in the post, and we are very sorry that you had to manage without it.
